It is getting frustrating… the waiting, the unknown. Everyone is getting impatient. Hub is sms-ing me everything to ask if there is any sign. People I have known , the teachers, the neighbors , the friends are asking if I have popped and when. Even JS and WH are getting impatient. WH talks to the tummy “JE what are you doing inside? When are you coming out??”  JS “mummy , why you always tummy ache , go toilet so many times and still baby don’t want to come out?” “mummy, now almost February already, why baby is still not out yet??”

Only you have came this far, you would understand how I am feeling now.

There isn’t much sign. The pain had changed since yesterday. It is more like diarrhea kind of pain, which make me feels like going to the loo to have bowel movement very frequently, but when I am on the throne, there isn’t much.

This morning at 4.40 I was woken up by stabbing pain at the lower abdomen. I got very excited and trying to time it. The pain were 20 minutes apart and lasted only 1 minute.  Woke hub up and he was also excited and started washing up and getting ready. But..the potong steam part was, the pain just suddenly vanished. It only happened like for 3 – 4 interval. That’s it. Then no more pain. I went back to sleep , waking up sleepily at 6.50a.m to prepare WH for school. Hub decided to go in to work a little late, but there is really no sign at all.

Tomorrow will be mum’s birthday. Had baby decided to share birth date with PorPor?  I know I should just relax and rest and not so work up with when baby will come , I am trying to tell myself to let my body and baby do their work. But I am seriously thinking that if baby don’t come by next Monday, I shall really get her induce.

Are they the same or are they not? Can you tell the difference if they are the same baby or not? If not which is JS, which is WH and which is JL?

I was clearing out some baby stuffs and found a pacifier which was meant for WH but he has never even used it once. See what the kids are doing with it.

They think it’s very funny. I have not bought any new pacifier for the baby. Not intend to use it

The easiest way to entertain the kids is to let them have fun with the paint and paint brush. That will likely to keep them quiet for a good 1/2 hour or more. Who say you need a TV to babysit when they can be occupied by more constructive activity.

 

 

You don’t really need expensive toys to entertain your kids. A plain simple carton box can be loaded with fun. I remembered during my younger days, my cousins and me build makeshift house in big empty fridge box, 3 of us can squeezed in with pillows and cloths and we had load of funs. It really enhance the kid’s imagination and creativity.
Last weekend when we were at PIL’s place, there was a power shortage, hence the house was very stuffy, hubby allowed the kids to play outside the house with the empty boxes that FIL has collected. (If it’s not because of no current in the house, hubby would have shoo the kids in the house, claiming too hot to play outside. :p)

Last Saturday, after hubby finished work, we travel back to KL but instead of going to MIL or SIL house, we checked in to KL Hilton to spent the weekend there. Drop the maid at my parent’s place. One day while I was busy in front of the PC (not unusual…) the kids ransack the cloth cupboard and told me they wanted to do a dress up game.

  Look at my boy… only one sock on…I asked him why, he told me “only one side leg cold” :X

There were so much mess and accidents cause by WH today. First in the morning, he spilled his undrunk Sustagen all over the floor and carpet. I was cool..didn’t scold, didn’t raise my voice, calmly told him, nevermind and to sit still while I took a hanky to wipe his leg and get the maid to clean up the floor. I knew it was really an accident as his hands were oily and the cup slipped from his hand.

After breakfast, he cheekily threw playdough all over the carpet and purposely step on it , causing the dough to stick on the carpet. Nevermind…. more work for the maid.

Afternoon, he didn’t tell me he has done his big business, he didn’t ask to sit on the potty, I was working on the PC, kids playing in the room and suddenly JS came telling me “Mummy, there’s ng ng on the floor” , true enough when I checked , there were a piece here and a piece there. The room stunk like errr…..Anyhow, still able to control the fire in me, not even raise my voice, instead of laughing off ( I guess today must be his lucky day, cause something wrong with mummy for not scolding at all)…clean the boy up.

He then requested for Milo. Made for him , but he didn’t drink it immediately, instead he left in on the table and started playing crazily with his sister and I don’t know how and when the Milo spilled all over the table. I wasn’t really angry , but just raise a tone and said to WH ” Haiyo……see what you have done. So much mess today” He knew he was wrong, he has all the sorry and guilty look written on his face and quickly he walked aside quietly. So happen at the same time , I heard a police petrol car passing with the siren on, I don’t know what prompted me to say that and it slipped out from my tongue “see, police man come catch you” (see…bad bad me, saying something that’s not true). My boy reaction??? Straight away tears pouring out , crying loudly.

” Dont want, police man go home…..wuuuuu…wuuu”

Now…I really feel sorry but at the same time want to laugh.

The loving sister quickly went to calm the brother. Taking tissue to wipe his tears, hugging him and quickly took a book and wanted to read a story to the brother. She even asked the brother to sit on her lap while she reads and all the while talking in the sweetest loving tone.
