Sept Blog Income
Hits for this post:913
I saw this on Leah’s blog. The figure isn’t it attractive? There are many other bloggers who has earned more , like making USD3 to USD4k per month. Looks like easy money? But I can tell you, they have put in a lot of time and effort.
I actually have my own records and statistic to see how far I can move along this swift of blog advertising. One data sheet to record down the actual money that comes into my paypal every month, and another data sheet on the actual work I have done in a month but not all has been paid. The figure at end of each months motivates me to work harder.
I’m not a problogger, I don’t stay up the whole night to fetch opps, neither do I wake up early to check for task and I only have one blog and some weekends I don’t blog and I reserve evening time for my family. I probably work about 8 hours a day, in between attending to my kids , feeding them , bathing them, doing marketing and sending JS to and from school. Amazingly in the month of September, I has got quite lucrative income.

I don’t think I have work smartly enough. There are still many opportunities that i have not ventured into, like link placement, contextual link. The above amount is solely based on writing paid posts. I have not included adsense, nuffnang and other ads placement earning, because there are really slow to pick up. I’m really surprise to be able to get that amount as in August, my 3P account was frozen and I didn’t get to write for them, hence no payment coming in from them in the month of September. I guess I would have break the 1K if I write for 3P in August. Anyhow I’m happy with the return of my hard work.
Now you know why I’m still pushing myself so hard even though I’m suppose to slow down and rest. The figure is just too enticing , that’s also why I keep toying on setting up more blogs (but seriously where to find the time to maintain and post??)
If you believe you can do it, then nothing is not impossible. If you feel disheartened with your current blog earning…don’t be. Though I have my own domain in Jan, those sponsor networks only started accepting my blog in March and many didn’t until much much later and the beginning stage, this blog was only having a PR0. The first month I started monetizing it, I have only got less than $60 deposited to my account. The subsequent months I didn’t even hit $300 (partly also I have not work too hard due to the tiredness during the early stage of pregnancy). But with a little patient, and now after 6 months , things are slowly picking up.
I have spent enough and will still keep aside a little for spending and pampering myself.. the rest will be dumped into investment to be snowballed.
Like what Leah said “It’s not really “easy†money, so don’t envy or get jealous.I am sure you can reap the same harvest if you are willing to put your heart and time into it” If you put in a little effort, you can achieve this too.
