Weight Watch Result

One month ago, on the 1/4/08, I started my weight watch program. Today I’m entering week 6 and below is my result after 5 weeks.

Right to the point I delivered JL 6 months ago, I weight 73kg and I manage to get down to 58.2kg in 5 months time. I’m still not very happy with my flabby tummy and I still feel fat. That’s why I decided to go on this program in the hope to gain back my premarital figure or even better.

This is my result after 5 weeks

Date 31/3/08 9/4/2008 28/4/08 5/5/2008
Wk 0 Wk 1 Wk 4 Wk 5
Weight 58.2 56.4 55.2 54.6
Waist 88 81 84 79
Abdomen 95 90.5 87 85.5
BMI 22.5 21.8 21.3 21.1
Body Fat 28.90% 27.70% 25.80% 25.50%
Skeletal Muscle Intensity 26.40% 26.80% 27.70% 27.80%
Visceral Fat 4 3 3 3
Body Age 37 35 33 32
Fat (kg) 16.82 15.62 14.24 13.92
Change in Weight (kg) 1.8 1.2 0.6
Change in Fat (kg) 1.2 1.38 0.32

I do not need to starve myself, in fact my consultant keeps reminding me to eat and eats a lot. There is no meal replacement like other weight watch program. The key in this program is to eat healthily. More vege, more fruits but not depriving myself from meat as well. Which mean I get to eat steak too.

I strongly feel that this is the right approach and is healthy and the result will be permanent as I’m increasing my metabolism rate, lower down my body age, build muscles and shed fat, especially visceral fat (which is so unhealthy). In fact, I still able to produce ample of milk for baby and I know my milk quality is better as I’m eating more healthily instead of munching on no nutritious snack.

One thing I didn’t tell my consultant is that I’m not very diligent in following, some days during the 5 days , I miss the program or didn’t really watch what I ate. If I’m more discipline, I believe my result will be better.

By the way, this is going to be a 3 months only result guarantee program. I have 2 more months to go and I will tell myself to be more discipline this 2 months so that the result can be more optimum.

wow, lost 4kg in less than 2 months time, really not bad..

yea, the best part is metabolisme rate increase, lean muscle increase as well as body age gone down. Which mean I’m healthier now. :D

Wow, 4 kg in 5 weeks, not bad at all!

Would you mind share what kind of weight watching program is this? Low carb ?

I am trying to lose weight, but the low metabolism rate and being a carb-starchy food junkie, have not been going very far to date.

In fact, gaining back half of the 5 Kgs that lost after the surgery.:-)

Don’t think it’s consider low carb. I’m still taking 3 palm size of carb per day. It’s the TRA program.
